Modern Day Escape breaking up?

Orlando based Hard Rock/ Metal band  Modern Day Escape have just made an announcement that the band would be taking an official hiatus. Read the post made by the band in their official Facebook fan page below!

"Dear beloved fans and friends alike, since 2006 MDE has written 4 killer rock albums, met some great people, played some amazing venues, traveled different countries, shared the stage with some amazing bands and had some of the most diehard fans a band could ask for, we cannot be thankful enough for all the memories and good times.

 But all good things must come to a PAUSE.

 We regret to inform our fans we will be taking an official hiatus from the music industry as the group Modern Day Escape until further notice.

 Sometimes "life can be a bitch".

Meanwhile Sandra Alvarenga, the drummer of the band commented on the post " Hahaha oh because we've all talked about this? We all made this choice? I don't ever recall any of you guys telling me this. Wow. Thanks guys. I'm gonna go make music with people who want to then. I'm furious."

The band’s description shows that the band is currently writing songs for summer 2014. The album is yet to be named and is poised to be Modern Day Escape's heaviest album to date. Besides many fans were hoping to see them on warped tour this year. A couple of minutes before making this announcement, the band has updated their cover photo given above.
